Retreats and Camps and Classes

  • September 2016 - Charlotte Mason Prayer Retreat - $125.00, 2 nights at a Cabin 1 hour south of the Cities - FULL
  • March Retreat 2017 -  Planning Your Charlotte Mason Education, Dates TBD,  1.5 days, 1 overnight in Cabin on the outskirts of the Cities, $85 (fee includes lodging, 3 meals, snacks, drinks and materials)
  • Summer 2017 - Possible Rough and Tough Overnight Prayer Retreat! For the mom who wants to learn how to camp, scout and lead nature study with confidence!

Morning Immersions - $25.00

  • August 13, 2016 - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm,  CM Methods Immersions and CM Philosophy Discussion and Q & A. 
  • November or Dec.  Saturday TBD - 8:30 am -12:00 pm, Co-op Immersion - Join us to learn about how to start, lead, and run your own Charlotte Mason Co-op Community! ​
  • ​May 20:  Mason's Great Recognition on a Living Education  - 8:30 am - 12:00 pm, This Morning seminar will dive deep into Mason's Great Recognition: That God the Holy Spirit is Himself, personally, the Imparter of knowledge, the Instructor of youth, the Inspirer of genius,  and will also include a session on "Mother Culture" (Learning as a Parent).  There will be Immersion Sessions on Hymn, Poetry, Bible, Narration, Picture Study, and Nature Study through the Seasons in Minnesota.   This will be followed by a Luncheon and Tea Discussion and Q and A time (extra cost $15 - see below) Click on the title of this event to learn more and to register!

  • May 20, 2017  - A Discussion of Home Education (Volume 1 by CM) 12:15-3:00 pm,  Lunch and Tea Discussion about Educating in the Early Years and the ideas Mason presents in her First Volume: Home Education as well as Discussion/Q and A time about the May 20 Morning Seminar on The Great Recognition and the immersion sessions. Charlotte Mason Mother's Mentoring
$15.00 per family

  • Current Mentoring Sessions 2017
  • Mentoring sessions in homes with other mothers who are pursuing Mason's methods in their homeschools
  • Includes Childcare, snack and activities for Children while Mentoring for Moms is occurring.  

Free Nature Hikes/Natural History Club

  • Summer Nature Hikes through out the summer with Nature Study Object lessons and Dry-brush painting demonstrations periodically. 
  • Meet at Nature Areas throughout the Twin Cities
  • School Year Hikes will be once a month on the third Friday of each month from 2-4 pm - Come immerse yourself in God's creation and learn together! Locations will be posted on the Nature Hike Page! 

Free Friday Fellowships

  • Typically, but not always, the First Friday of each month, 2-4 pm
  • Tea and fellowship, Mason Discussion, play time for children
